After almost 3 years, Learning Lodge came to a conclusion on March 1st, 2023. We miss Learning Lodge a lot, but we are also so glad that the world is returning to a point where resources like Learning Lodge are less needed.
When we began Learning Lodge at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, we never expected it to grow so quickly and evolve into the amazing group that it became. Since we began, we have paired 1,000+ students with tutors!
What next? If you are the parent of a child who needs a tutor or a college student interested in becoming a tutor, we highly encourage you to sign up with Learn To Be, our close collaborator. Learn To Be (LTB) is a non-profit whose mission we align with - they provide free, 1-on-1, virtual tutoring to students worldwide.
Should the need for Learning Lodge arise again in the future, we will be sure to let you know!

We are a group of college students who are offering free online tutoring sessions over video chat to elementary school and middle school students. After seeing COVID-19 cancel schools in many locations, we want to continue supporting our communities in any way that we can.
Learning Lodge first began as a small group within students from Washington University in St. Louis and has expanded to include tutors from University of Minnesota, students from other colleges, and other educators.
Our volunteers are ready to tutor in Math, Science, English, Social Sciences, and Foreign Language. We hope to do our best to help others during these uncertain times!
